Pre-Construction

In the beginning stage we'll achieve the following:

Create/review plans and determine budget needs.
Assess state and local requirements.
Initialize procurement and delivery of goods.
Schedule labor and technical personnel.
Identify and dedicate staging area/location.

*To ensure work can begin, all supplies, materials, and goods will be sourced and delivered prior to the initial stages of construction.

*Other industry professionals such as Architects, Engineers, and Inspectors may be required to move forward with and at various stages of your project and will be utilized accordingly.

Construction

Demolition

Spaces/Surfaces/Land will be cleared and exposed for new work.
Debris will be removed and disposed of.

Site Preparation

Each Space/Surface/Land is addressed accordingly to meet construction/design needs.

Build/Install

Specialty/Technical personnel preform services to achieve the desired results.

Initial Walk Through

We'll review the work preformed to ensure satisfaction.
Any rework will be identified and scheduled to be corrected.

*Change orders must be addressed prior to any building or installation services are rendered.

Post-Construction

Cleanup

All Spaces/Surfaces/Land will be professionally cleaned.

Final Walk Through

All Spaces/Surfaces/Land will be presented as a finished product and turned over to the homeowner.
